Default change axis values

I just can't seem to figure out how to do this. My business group has a web
server and they want to include the server up time in their quarterly
reports. Basically you can imagine that the numbers are all 99.xx. The
graph that they prepared automatically formats the values based upon the
values for teh chart...so it looks like the server had a really bad month
last month when it was really only down for for momments So...I how do I
format the y axis to use the percentage scale of 0 to 100% instead of 99.95%
to 100%. That way the chart will give a better (more accurate) presentation
of up time than what they had. Thanks for all of your help =)

Default change axis values

Right click on the axis, choose Format.... On the scale tab (or in 2007 on
the first tab you see) enter 0 for the axis minimum.

On a scale of 0 to 100, anything above 99 will simply look like a straight
line.

Default change axis values

You format the y-axis and change the scale to 0 to 1 (or 0 to 100%)
Right click by-axis
Open the Format Axis tab
Set the scale (min 0, max 1) and click OK
best wishes
