Default can you make crosshairs on a chart in excel?

Add a series with one point, where the X and Y values of this point locate
the intersection of the horizontal and vertical crosshairs. If it isn't
already an XY type, convert it. Add X and Y error bars with appropriate
custom values to reach the edges of the chart. You'll have to lock in the
scale min and max parameters.
