Default Volume-Price chart

Hello

I did a volume/price chart recently. Everything was fine till I had to
connect points of price (line) series. Because the data was not continuous
(the chart showed sales of wheat in a specific period of time, but sales
took place only every second or third day) the Excel option to automatically
connect points was disabled (in 2003 and 2007). How can I connect them than?

Kind regards

Default Volume-Price chart

Type =NA() in the empty cell; they show as #N/A
The chart engine ignores them.
best wishes
