I'm working in Excel 2003 and need to create a chart to show one column per
project manager. I would like to show the PM's monthly goal and what the PM actually billed in one column per Project Manager for each month of the year. I will need this for three Project Managers. HELP? |

Make three columns: PM Name, Actual, and Goal. Select the data and make a
clustered column chart. Format the Actual series to have a fill color but no border, and the Goal to have a medium or thick border and no fill. Then on the Options tab of the format series dialog, choose 100 for the overlap. The Goal will be an outline, and you can easily see how much the actual has filled or exceeded the outline. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "LRW" wrote in message ...
