Default Excel XLSX Chart won't Save into Adobe InDesign Version CS3

I saved an Excel workbook.XLS to the the Vista version XLSX. When copying an
Excel chart into an Adobe INDESIGN version CS3 document, graphics aren't
shown - only the titles. Have seen a popup when saving from XLS to XLSX
telling me "Line Printing Won't Transfer". Does anyone have a fix for this
problem? ps Does phrase "line Printing won't transfer" mean chart lies, etc
won't transfer?
