Default How do I change the color of ONE line on the y-axis in a chart?

I'm working with a column graph. I want the line that represents 90% to
serve as a benchmark and be a different color than the other lines in the
y-axis. Meaning all other lines are black, theline at 90% is red. How do I
change the color of just this line without adding a drawing object?
