Default How do I setup a "Thermometer" graph?

I would like to set up thermometer graph similar to those used for fund
drives. This would be used in a manufacturing plant to show employees how far
we need to go to reach our monthly sales goal.
I'm using MS Excel 2003.
Thanks!

Hi Scott,

Try these sites:

http://www.andypope.info/charts/thermometer.htm

or

http://www.mrexcel.com/tip095.shtml

or

http://j-walk.com/ss/excel/usertips/tip033.htm

I could step you through it but these sites do a very nice job.
