Default measuring plan in % with pie chart

I d like to measure how much of my plan has been succeeded... lets say
5% OF 100%, later this would rise to 50% and so on. The problem i now
have is how to present a PIE chart after I go beyond 100% if I do
better than the original plan is? any idea? thanks for all the help
