Default How do I delete a User defined default excel chart

I accidently save a chart as a user defined chart and having trouble simply
deleating it as instructed in the Microsoft Help page on this topic. Any
advice?

Default How do I delete a User defined default excel chart

You should be able to delete it with the following:

Go to Chart - Chart Type - Custom Types tab. Select the User-Defined
option button at the bottom of the dialog box. Select you chart from the
list of User-Defined charts. Hit the Delete button at the bottom of the
dialog box.

If that doesn't work, try opening the file called "Xlusrgal.xls". All
user-defined charts are contained there. You can delete it from the file.
