I have a large workbook with several worksheets. I am using multiple
consolidation ranges to pull data into a pivot table and chart. On the data worksheets, my date format is mmm-yy, when I run the consolidation, the X-axis (category) displays mm/dd/yyyy in all numbers (03/01/2001) when I really want to see MAR-01 for March of 2001 -- Thanks for your help, QAFB |

I figured it out with some work and deduction: I moved all the data as values
into a single worksheet and created a chart, thus skipping the pivot and equations. Then I selected "Format Axis" on the category axis and selected the number tab and custom then mmm-yy, and viola!
