How do I hide zero values (and their titles) in a pie chart in exc
A zero value will have a pie wedge of angle 0 so is invisible
To remove label (not title) click on label once, pause, click again. Now only one label is visible; tap the DELETE key If the value changes to a non-zero value, restore the label by right clicking chart area; use Chart Options; one Data Labels tab check the desired label item(s) For an automated method you will need VBA - post your question to the Excel programming newsgroup best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme Microsoft Excel MVP www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "Kat" wrote in message ... |
