Default Static y-axis

I have a chart that displays the relative percentages of two values. The
y-axis value range changes as the values change. I would like the y-axis to
remain a range from 0% to100% no matter what the actual percentage values
are. Is there a way to do this?

Hi,

Double click the Y axis and on the scale tab set the Maximum value to 1
(100%). This should uncheck the Auto option.
Do the same for the Minimum values setting it to zero.

Cheers
Andy

Double click on the axis. Go to the scale tab. Set the max & min values
you want and ensure that the auto boxes against those are unchecked.
