Default Create a graph from a vlookup?

Hey there, newbie here. Having a data sheet named 'Wines' using a vlookup
table for the sales, I have sales sheets for each day (1st, 2nd..) that work
with dropdown combination boxes when something is claimed. It's a simple
setup.

Is it possible to create a graph from all the products sold that month (from
each day sheet) by product selection? Is it a pivot table I need? How to?
Really need help on this one.

Example:
From August, day 1-31, 20 products named Redwine Classic, 31 Redwine Risling
etc were sold and were selected from the sales sheet using vlkup from the
datasheet tally up sales that day in value. But I would like to graph these
51 sales that MONTH in another sheet and be able to choose what products I
want to graph. I need Redwine Classic to be graphed only or grpah all
products sold that month.

How in the earth do you do this???
Be very helpful on how to do.

Regards Sean
