Default gap width in excel 2007

how can i change the gap width in excel 2007.
In previous versions this could be done by formatting a data series
("options") but in excel 2007 i can 't find the option anymore

Default gap width in excel 2007

Right click the series, choose Format Data Series, and on the front tab of
the dialog, set your gap width.
