Default In excel, how do I vary a cell over a data range & see its effect?

I would like to plot a chart where values of a cell vary over data range and
effect of this change are seen on a related cell. I could have copied the
cells and the formula as many times as the number of values of the first
cell. Wanted to have a smarter way.
