I have a Line chart that plots the value of my investments on the y axis then
the date on the x axis. I experience the problem that when I go into source data and try to extend the date range I end up with a graph that has plain numbers on the x axis and the dates are now on the y if you then put the mouse on a date point it brings up a monetery value for that point while the mouse is over that point. How do i keep the dates on the x axis and the value on the y. Is it something to do with a maximum number of data points on the y axis |

In Source Data, on the series tab, you've got a place for the name of the
series, a place for the data values (Y axis), and a space for the category names (X axis), so when you're extending your range, make sure you keep the right data in the right place. Your limits are 255 series in one chart, and 32000 points in one data series. -- David Biddulph "Mario137" wrote in message ...
