How do I draw or show the lines around the text box that I added to the chart?

Click within the text box and then hover your curser over the edge of the
box. When you see that the tip of your curser has 4 arrows are 90 degree angles to each other, right-click on your mouse and choose Format Text Box - Colors and Lines.
