Post Finding the lowest value according to multiple criteria

I'm trying to find a formula that will give me the lowest value according to some strange criteria. For example I have multiple suppliers with multple prices and I need to deliver their goods from multiple locations with varying mileage to customers, with the lowest costing carrier. For example I have multiple suppliers with multple prices and I need to deliver their goods from multiple locations with varying mileage to customers, with the lowest costing carrier. So, if I have this right - I need to find the cheapest product from the closest location to the customer using the cheapest carrier. And I have to be able to change the prices of the goods from each supplier and location without changing the entire worksheet. Any/all ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
