I'm using Excel 97 and to plot data on the same worksheet as the charts.
I use the chart wizard to build a line chart and then format axes and titles and manually size the chart. The plot area will not stay where I put it. The size of the chart borders does not change, but the y-axis shrinks toward the top.The x-axis doesn't change. I can reset it, but when I next open the file, the chart is skewed. I've been doing charts for 10 years and have never had this happen. Does anyone have any ideas or pointers as to what the problem is? Thanks... |
