Default Bar chart displaying slightly diffrent results

I have produced a chart, but where the data says 2.0 the bar for the chart is
just below the line for 2.0, it makes it look like 1.9.
How is this fixed.

Use a 2D column chart, which doesn't distort data like the 3D types.
