Default problem with toolbar for secondary axis


Hi all,
could anyone explain me why I cannot have in my toolbar, when I select
Format, the option select Data Series/ Axis, then select secondary axis? I
have excel 2003.

Default problem with toolbar for secondary axis

Which toolbar? The menu bar is the only one with Format, and it only
indicates the selected chart element. The Chart toolbar has a dropdown
element selector, which will allow you to select any visible axis in the
chart.
