Does anyone have a sample quadrant chart already setup in MS-Excel.

I'm needing to plot a series of values, think of a traditional X-Y
scatter plot,
except the values will need to have a backdrop against the (4)
quadrants
as a visual.

I might have a step by step example for what you're looking for ... but
