Yes, you can definitely move the data series labels in an area chart. Here's how:
- Select the area chart by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Chart Elements" button (the plus sign icon) that appears next to the chart.
- Check the box next to "Data Labels" to add data labels to the chart.
- Click on one of the data labels to select it.
- Right-click on the selected data label and choose "Format Data Label" from the context menu.
- In the "Format Data Labels" pane that appears on the right side of the screen, click on the "Label Options" tab.
- Under "Label Position", choose "Above" to move the data label closer to the top edge of the area plot.
- You can also adjust the label's font size, color, and other formatting options in this pane.
