Default how do I export an excel graph in the 2000 version?

Depends what "export" means.
You can copy and paste a chart from Excel to most programs. Generally a
Paste Special works best when you just want a picture of the chart in say a
Word or PPT document.
If you want the chart in its own file, paste to a graphics program and do a
Save As
And then there are macro solutions.
