Default Combination Chart Problem

I would greatly appreciate some help in creating a chart as follows:

I have data for 3 categories of events: Cat A, Cat B, Cat C. For
each Qtr, I track the total # of events and the # of successes for each
category. I might have 8 Cat A's, 6 of which are successful, 8 Cat B's
with 5 successes, and 4 Cat C's with 3 successes. I would like to
depict this data for several quarters, with the 3 categories clustered
in columns for each quarter and the successes noted as a stacked
portion (like a thermometer) of the appropriate category column.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.
