cant select chart command bar
chart command bar does not open when I click the arrow. Looks like it is

cant select chart command bar
A chart has to be selected before the Chart tool bar is enabled. Ensure that
the worksheet is not protected and/or drawing objects are not protected and click the chart to activate it. The Chart tool bar should then be enabled.
