Default move values text in graphs all series at once. Excel

Using excel since Office 4.0x, I wonder how come we cannot move all values
text in a bar chart. The programs always put this text at the top of the
bars. Is there a way to move all of them at once? I have tried to do it, but
everytime I try to select them it allow me to move only one label.

Thanks and good luck.
