Default CSV Files

Open it as text file and use the text parsing options, you will need to
change the file extension to .txt otherwise Excel will override you text
import options.

I am having a problem with Excel removing any leading zeros when I open
values from a CSV file.

The file contains the leading zeros when I open it in notepad, but when I

do
so in Excel these are removed. What can I do so I can open the CSV file

in
Excel but still have the leading zeros?
