That works great but try as I might I can't get it to past.

I tried originally

Sheets("Not Ready").cells(NotReadyRows,1).paste

Then trying to mimic the cut code

With Sheets("Not Ready")
.Range(.Cells(NotReadyRows, 1)).Paste
End With

Not working either way.

But it only works if the sheet is active, I want it to work without the
sheet being active hence I want to avoid using Sheets("Ready").Activate

Any help?
