I need some help on the following formula. It works
perfectly as written. I want to replace the reference
to "P4=30" & "P4=59" with a new column that if tagged
with a "Y"
(S4=Y), that the formula will work as composed.

When I replace the reference as staed above with the new
column, the figures do not compute properly.

In order to understand what I am trying to accomplish, I
will probably have to send a copy of my spreadsheet for
explanation.
