hi all,

it seems that my internet provider has recently upgraded
their servers, after this happened I tried to upload some
customer data to our website via our accounts recievable
program (excel w/vba), it sends a text file to a cgi file
and puts it on the web, and I keep getting the same error:

cannot open file
Content-Type Content=text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

this worked great before they went to new servers now it
doesnt. any ideas, please help...
