I used a Genicom at work a long time ago. As I recall, it could emulate
many different types of printers. Maybe you can set it to emulate the Epson
if that works.

etc. When printing to an Epson defined as Generic/Text, it works. When
printing to an ANSI compatible Genicom 4440XT (which doesn't have a
Win2000
driver at all) Excel doesn't work. MS-Word does. Both are from Office
XP.
