i select march from my drop down menu, and it sorts the
sheet, with canada
at the top, and uk at the bottom (and obviously the
appropriate ones in
between), but, if i then select may from my drop down
box, it places poland
at the top, and usa at the bottom.

How would i do this - im not a programmer, so be careful
wth me :-)
