Go View - Toolbars - Control Toolbox
Here you will find a different kind of textbox, similar, but
with some additional features. Insert one into your sheet.
Right click the textbox (in design mode)* and choose
properties. Set the following properties:

Multiline - True
Scrollbars - 2 - fmScrollBarsVertical
LinkedCell - your linked cell (ie A1)
If you want the textbox to be flat like other textboxes
SpecialEffect - 0 - fmSpecialEffectFlat
BorderStyle - 1 - fmBorderStyleSingle

*To enter design mode view the Visual Basic Toolbar
View - Toolbars - Visual Basic. On it you will find a
button which will allow you to switch from design mode
to normal and back again.
