Hi Luther,
All cells are protected by default.
You need to turn off protection in the cells/ranges you DO want users to
edit in.
Select the range, then formatcells protection tab. Uncheck protect.
All you have to do is turn on worksheet protection.
Toolsprotectionprotect worksheet. Add a password if you wish.

Hi,
I have one spreadsheet in one workbook.
Is there a way to make cells F9:R1999 READ-ONLY ?
So that the user is able view the contents of F9:R1999 but not change
them.
And the rest of the cells can be changed by anyone.
Thanks,
Luther
