I'm using Excel 2000.
The problem:
1. Multiple widget references (i.e. cell contains "R1-
R3,
R5") are in one row with various information in other
columns.

My goal:
1. I want to insert X amount of rows (insert 3 in this
case) with identical information (except for the widget
references).

2. Then change the widget references to include one
reference per row (i.e. 1st row = R1, 2nd = R2, 3rd =
R3,
4th = R5)

I'm not a savvy programmer. Can anyone help me out?
