If you use Worksheet_SelectionChange event then it goes in the appropriate
worksheet code module not ThisWorkbook. For ThisWorkbook, you would use

Private Sub Workbook_SheetSelectionChange(ByVal Sh As Object, ByVal Target
As Range)

and test the sheet as well.
