Have you tried Pivot Charts..

they have sorting and Top X capabilities builtin.

I would like to be able to take the product count that is the oldest
that has at least 5 products in it and put it into another worksheet.
I am a novice to say the least at excel and some of its functions. I
have tried with vlookup but just cant seem to get it. If anyone could
give me a hand I would be eternally grateful. Thank you in advance.
