One way via SUMPRODUCT, something like:

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$10=1111)*($B$2:$B$10100))

where 1111 is the specific cost centre (in col A) and the certain amt is 100
(in col B)

Adapt to the ranges to suit, but note that you can't use entire col refs in
SUMPRODUCT
