Are the records on different worksheets? I believe that to have them print
double-sided, all of the data needs to be on the same worksheet. You can
insert manual page breaks if needed.

I recently got a new HP printer that will do automatic two-sided printing. I
work for a nursing home and we print our own medication / treatment records.
These documents have to be printed on both sides. We have tried putting them
all into
the same workbook and then selecting the two sided mode etc. to no avail. I
have
been in contact with HP Customer Support as I thought it might be a printer
related
problem. I did everything that they asked me to do, but it still doesn't
work. They
suggested that I contact Microsoft as it only seems to happen in the Excel
prgram.
Can you help me out?
