Nate,

We just upgraded to Office 2003 and I had an Excel template for my husband
on my w98 machine which saved invoicing info to an XLS for him. I see that
Office 2003 doesn't have a template wizard add-in but Office 2002 has. Other
than downloading the install package and running it there appears to be some
other configuration files needed. Any help is appreciated.

Copy the xla file from a PC with 2002 to the PC with 2003
and it will work(use Toolsadd-ins to browse to the file in Excel)

If you don't have a PC with 2002 then mail me private and then i send you
the xla file
