Default CUT And PASTE

I have an excel sheet that contains 3 columns
One of the columns contains dates
I do a sort on the DATES- latest dates first
That's where I get stuck
I want to select ALL the columns where the date column shows the latest
date/then cut and paste the select section to a different worksheet

A B C
1 lion black 12/12/2003
2 cow blue 12/12/2003
3 dog red 12/12/2003
4 cat yellow 12/12/2003
5 lion red 10/12/2003
6 cat green 8/8/2003
7 snake blue 6/6/2003

In the example above I would want to capture a1 to c4
Thanks
