Default conditional formatting for 2 colums

Yes, that is problem (MS excel 10). I wont to compare numbers in two colums
(A1<B1?) and use icons (green if, red if<,.)

Cell for cell down the columns? A1 = B1?

A1<B1?

A1 found anywhere in column B?

Numbers? Text?
