Default hi hawaiiham2000,it is not dashed line but it is margin line.
In 2007, Click the office Button (on the left top corner)
.... Excel Options ... Advanced ... (Scroll down to) Display Options for this Worksheet ... (uncheck) Show Page breaks

Note: untill you check the "Show Page breaks" you will not be able to see the dashed lines for that specific sheet.
