Does anyone know how to write a formula to distribute automatically a set of results between two limits?

Example:
66.02
20.3
70
38.605
37.87
79.835
74.33
41.455
103.525

I would like the above answers to be distributed between 1 and 100 based on how far they are from the mean of the group or some other variable, which does not really matter.

Any thoughts? Thanks
