I am trying to write a formula which will return the most common word (1) in a column for a name in a different column. Example below

Mike Away
Dave Away
Mike Away
Dave Home
Rich Home
Mike Home
Rich Away
Dave Home

I would like the formula to return the following
Rich Home
Mike Away
Dave Home
