- right click the pivot table
- select Pivot table wizard
- select "Back"
- change (expand) the data source range to include your new data
- click "finish"

(A1:E7000) I just appended another 7000 rows of new data to that
workbook (so now it is A1:E14000). However, my pivot table does not
