1. Open the Excel document you wish to set to 11 by 17 inches paper size.

2. Go to the "File" menu in the top left corner.

3. Select "Page Setup."

4. Click on the "Paper" tab in the window that opens.

5. Choose the 11 by 17 inch ledger paper size from the menu by scrolling through the choices.

6. Click on "OK" to change the sheet size in Excel when it prints.

7. Select the "Print" button to print the Excel sheet onto 11 by 17 inch paper.
