Default pivot table from different workbooks

hi,

i have 3 excel files:

1) db1.xls - act as a database, store data (column A - s/no, column B - Industries)
Code:

col A col B
S/No Industry
1 Electronic
2 Medical
3 Media
4 Logistic
5 Chemical

2) db2.xls - act as a database, store data (column A - s/no, column B - s/no from db1.xls, column C - Company)
Code:

col A col B col C
S/No Industry Company
1 1 SONY Pte Ltd
2 2 Cure Co. Ltd
3 5 SHELLL Ltd
4 4 DHL Co. Ltd
5 1 Dell Pte Ltd

3) form.xls - a button when click will create a new worksheet, combine data from db1.xls and db2.xls and display data in this format below:

Can someone show me how to create this button on form.xls to display data in this way, many thanks in advance.
