two options,

1) bring all the data from multiple sheet by reformating into single sheet and make a piovt table. this would be easiet task, if all your data exist less than 65K in excel 2003, where as in excel 2007 the count of rows is not an issue.

2)use consolidated ranges as suggested in below url.
